DON'T COUNT MISTAKES I LOST TRACK OF THEM
( He's in trouble. He's Rodimus, the younger of Nova's two candidates for Prime, and he is absolutely in trouble. It's not his fault. He just happened to be somewhere where trouble results, although okay - that part isn't new.
And he knows exactly how he got here in the first place, it's the same as it always is.
Orion frowns at him every time he leaves the Primal Basilica dressed in a cloak - knowing full well that he's going to go to those places that Nova finds unlawful and unruly. Sure, the other Prime in training had attempted to stop him before, to no avail. That makes something twinge in Rodimus because he likes Orion, he really does.
Then again, most people like Orion 'Super Cop, Future Prime' Pax. Because apparently some people like having a career that's pointless once you know you'll carry the Matrix. He guesses that has to do with Orion having spent some of his life from out of Nova's influence - maybe that made you like police work.
Not that Rodimus would know what that's like - Nova snatched him up two days after he was forged, as if he knew exactly where to find him. Must be a 'wisdom of the Matrix' thing. Find your replacements before someone else does and what not. But it boiled down to the fact that he'd never really got to know or experience life outside the basilica walls and for every time Nova told him he shouldn't or couldn't go out - he did.
Which is how he ends up standing over someone he punched into a wall - thanks Galvatron and Cyclonus for teaching him that one - inadvertently starting a bar fight that he is determined to win. Rodimus is pretty sure that as a mysterious cloaked and hooded figure, he definitely looks awesome which negates the trouble.
Mostly. )

( There's no disguising the smugness in his tone that seems to grow and grow. He's enjoying this, destroying Minimus' seemingly unflappable composure, and leans down to nuzzle the fuel lines of his neck again. )
That way he'd know exactly what the problem was and why he had to fix it.
( He kisses the tight cords of Minimus' neck at the same time he drags his hand upwards, grin evident. )
no subject
[ That's just cheating. The words and the smile against his neck and Rodimus touching him. Minimus shudders again, pressing himself up against Rodimus and clinging. ]
no subject
( Don't leave him hanging, Minimus. Another stroke before his hand falls lower, thumb brushing the rim of his valve. He can feel his own frame heat, fans kicking on to vent some of the warm air out, almost surprised by how much he wants this.
But then again, maybe it isn't that surprising, all things considered. )
no subject
I don't think that would constitute a medical emergency. [ See, he can still use words. Even if he sounds a little wrecked and is still clinging to Rodimus. ]
no subject
( He's absolutely going to want to continue to see if he can pull those sounds from Minimus, and he doesn't mind the clinging in the slightest. Which, if he's playing his cards right, will only get worse - slipping one finger inside with no warning.
Rodimus leans forward again so he can whisper into Minimus' audials, voice tight. )
But definitely for me.
no subject
So much for using his words... Rodimus will have to do with the sound of his name being lost in a moan. ]
no subject
But Rodimus can feel the dents in his plating and groans at the feeling - no one's ever really dared to mark him before because, well, primeling. To say nothing of the way Minimus is saying his name.
There's really no choice left but to kiss him senseless as he runs the tip of the finger along the nodes inside. )
no subject
It's been so long since Minimus' has been this intimate with another mech and never with anyone who with quite the same intensity, no one who demands his attention and manages to charm him while being completely frustrating quite the same as Rodimus. His fingers press very slightly deeper, mind already too far gone to think of pulling them away. ]
no subject
He should be upset about the dents. He might still be, once all of this is said and done, but he can't be bothered to care now.
So instead Rodimus adds another finger, pulling back just far enough so he can see Minimus's face as he does so. )
no subject
Rodimus, please-!
no subject
Say it again.
( It's a demand, but it lacks the force behind it to really convince Minimus that he'll be upset if he doesn't, his own voice catching. But he likes hearing it, he wants to hear it again - often, actually. )
no subject
He shudders hard, turning his head to nuzzle against Rodimus' helm, just shy of frantic. ]
Oh, please- Rodimus, please, I want you in me!
no subject
( It's the combination of those words in that tone - the fact Minimus is saying it at all, that gets him. He can't help but shudder as he pulls back, repositioning himself to that the head of his spike is brushing Minimus' valve.
Leaning down so he can kiss him again, it's with a surprisingly smooth roll of hips that he thrusts inside Minimus. A smooth roll of his hips and a deep moan into Minimus' mouth, that is. )

It's a few moments before Rodimus moves with the same enthusiasm as he approaches everything that catches his interest. Maybe a little bit more than a passing interest in this particular case. )
no subject
It's far from graceful, which also wasn't surprising, though that didn't stop it from making him feel like he was edging closer and closer to overload. ]
no subject
The hand that hasn't moved from his hip stay there still, forcing the plating aside to rub circles over the now-exposed wires. )
no subject
Rodimus has him pinned and surrounded and he only wants more. ] Rodimus! Please, Rodimus-
no subject
Primus, Minimus, I--
( The hand falls away from the wires - like his attention, he can barely keep focused on one thing for long - sliding down to wrap around Minimus' spike. It's awkward, and his strokes don't match up, but boy does he mean it. )
C'mon, I want to see you.
( Which means pulling his face up away from Minimus' neck and while that's a crime in of itself, Rodimus figures the pay off will be worth it. )
no subject
His entire frame twitches helplessly in the aftershocks, fans going full force to cycle out the hot air. ]
no subject
His own frame is heaving from the effort of his fans to bring down his internal temperature, but even that's not enough to wipe the returning smirk off his face. )
I've got to go off world more often if this is what I get when I come back.
no subject
[ It's not quite as stern as he might normally have liked and it's definitely undermined when he reaches up to tug Rodimus down. He wants a kiss and he wants the feeling of Rodimus' weight pressing him down, which is an urge he will examine another time. ]
no subject
'M not. And anyway, you're the one with the ridiculous house sigil.
( Which he is going to brush his thumbs across before deciding that he's going to kiss him again. )
no subject
He frowns at Rodimus' words, though. ]
It is not ridiculous. [ Another shiver for the brush and he'll murmur into the kiss. ] And you seem to like it just fine.
no subject
( Take your pick on which word you'd rather have used to describe it, Minimus. But he grins. )
It suits you.
